More stretch goals as we hit the final week!

What a weekend! We have smashed the £4,250 stretch goal which means the thicker box upgrade has been unlocked. We are also super close to reaching the new Entrap Monarch card.
This means we can reveal the next stretch goal which is another new Monarch card - Chaos! This card will do exactly as the name suggests and cause chaos by forcing all house players to replace their cards with another one, chosen at random!
We will need to create the artwork for this one so cant share what the card will look like yet but will do so in a future update.
We are also fast approaching the end of the campaign! There are just under 3 days remaining until the end of the campaign which finishes on Friday AM. Let's see if we can hit the next stretch goals and get the new cards into the game!
New card unlocked! Plus Entrap stretch goal revealed!

After recovering from Airecon North West, we can confirm that the next stretch goal has been unlocked! After reaching £4,000 funded, the Ambush House card will now be included in all copies of Take the Throne!
That means we can reveal the next stretch goal which is a new Monarch card! Jozsef has been busy making the art for this one last week and is ready to share!
The Entrap card offers a big gamble for the Monarch player. At the end of the round, if a house player would take the throne, the Monarch will retain it instead! BUT if no one would take the throne, the Monarch must give the throne to another player AND give them 1 VP. So it's a great card to play if you think someone else will take the throne but comes with some risk!
The card will be unlocked at £4,500, after the thicker box upgrade. Check it out below!
We are approaching the last week of the campaign now so close to the final stretch! Lets see if we can reach all the new stretch goals before the end of the campaign!

We have just hit the £3,750 funding mark which means the upgraded VP tokens stretch goal has now been unlocked! All copies of the game will have the thicker 2mm VP punchboard tokens included.
This means we can reveal our next stretch goal which is another upgrade, this time increasing the thickness of the game box. This one will be unlocked at £4,250 after the Ambush card at £4,000.
We are at Airecon this weekend, where we can hopefully show the game to more people and help unlock the next stretch goals! The next one to be revealed will be a new card which we are working on with Jozsef at the moment and will be able to reveal soon!

We have just hit the first stretch goal of the campaign! This means the Raven card will be added to every copy of the game! 4 copies will be added, one for each house.
This means we can reveal a new stretch goal! We have decided to do things a little differently and add in new increment of £3,750.
The new stretch goal is for thicker VP tokens, moving from 1.5mm to 2mm punchboard to give a nicer feel to the tokens in the core version!
The Ambush card will remain the same level, so will be the next stretch goal at £4,000.
Once we hit these, we will reveal the next wave of stretch goals, including more upgrades and new cards!
Focus on the 'Design your own house' pledge!

Hi all! A quick update to focus a little more on the 'Design your own house' pledge!
To help reach some of the stretch goals we have also just reduced the price of this pledge from £250 to £150!
The pledge is a chance to put your own stamp on Take the Throne by designing one of the four houses in the game. What does that mean? Well currently, there are four houses - the non monarch players. Each has the house logo on the back of their cards. This pledge would allow you to design your own house to be included in all copies of the game!
You would get to choose the house colours, house symbol, latin phrase for the back of the cards and the house backstory to be included in the rulebook.
This pledge is for anyone who wants to put their unique design into the game and with the lowered price could be a nice upgrade. Check it out in the rewards section of the campaign!
Currently we are just below the target for the first stretch goal and we can reveal some new ones once we hit these!
